01

About These Terms

These terms govern the use of the Aksh Forensics website. By using the website or submitting information through it, a visitor accepts these terms.

Where a professional engagement is subsequently agreed, that engagement is governed by the terms recorded for the particular matter, which prevail over these website terms.

02

Nature of Website Content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes concerning Aksh Forensics, its practices, services, methodology and professional activities.

Content describes the manner in which examinations are approached. It does not describe the findings of any particular matter.

03

No Automatic Engagement

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not by itself create a client relationship, examiner-client relationship, retainer, engagement, or obligation to provide services.

Any professional engagement is subject to separate discussion, definition of scope, applicable terms, fee arrangements and written acceptance where applicable.

04

Professional Services

Forensic examinations and related professional services are undertaken according to the scope agreed for the particular matter, the material made available for examination and the methodology appropriate to that material.

Aksh Forensics does not promise or imply any particular forensic conclusion. Findings follow the evidence.

05

Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through the website are recorded and reviewed, and a response is issued as appropriate. Each submission receives a reference number for correspondence.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a matter. Aksh Forensics may decline a matter, including where there is a conflict, where the requested scope falls outside its practice, or where a predetermined conclusion is expected.

06

Evidence Submission

The public website enquiry form must not be used to submit original evidence, forensic exhibits, confidential case material, identity documents or privileged legal material.

Where a matter proceeds, secure submission or transfer instructions will be provided, and material will then be handled under appropriate custody arrangements.

07

Portfolio Requests

Professional portfolio requests are reviewed before any portfolio material is released, having regard to the professional context of the request and to confidentiality obligations owed in respect of past work.

Submitting a request does not guarantee release of a portfolio, in whole or in part.

08

Careers

Career applications submitted through the website are reviewed against current and anticipated organisational requirements.

Submission of a CV or application does not guarantee a response within a particular period, an interview, an engagement or employment.

09

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, the Aksh Forensics name and mark, graphics, design elements, original publications and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise indicated.

Unauthorised reproduction, modification, republication, distribution or commercial use of website materials is prohibited. Brief quotation with clear attribution is permitted for legitimate professional or academic purposes.

10

Knowledge Centre

Articles, FAQs, technical notes, publications and other educational material published on the website are provided for general information.

Such material is not a substitute for case-specific forensic examination, and should not be applied to a particular item of evidence without appropriate professional examination.

12

Website Availability

Aksh Forensics does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security measures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13

Permitted Use

Visitors must not attempt to interfere with the website or its infrastructure, bypass or test security measures, access restricted systems, records or administrative functions, extract or scrape restricted information, submit automated or fraudulent form submissions, or introduce malicious code.

Access may be restricted where such activity is detected.

14

Changes

Aksh Forensics may update website content and these terms from time to time. The current version of these terms is published on this page with the date it was last updated.

15

Governing Law

These terms and the use of this website are governed by the laws of India.
